Working with Alfa Romeo cluster files
Alfa Romeo coverage splits cleanly along two lines. The 147, 159, GT, Brera and Spider clusters all run 93C86, while the later Giulietta, MiTo and 4C move to a 24C16 — a different family with a different pinout. The 166 sits on its own with a 93C56. Knowing which side of that split your car falls on tells you which clip to reach for before you open the cluster.
XEEPROM is a calculator, not a programmer. Read the memory with the tool you already own, upload the binary, and the server returns the modified file. Clean dumps only — encrypted or tagged formats from proprietary tools are not supported.
