Working with Audi cluster files

Audi coverage focuses on the early A3, A4 and A6 clusters, where the supplier matters more than the model. The same car can carry a VDO or a UKNSI unit with different memory behind it: the 8L A3 runs 93C86 in the VDO version and 93C56 in the UKNSI, and the A4 splits the same way. Identify the cluster maker first, then the chip.

The work happens on the file. Read the memory with your own programmer, upload the dump, and XEEPROM returns the recalculated binary. No proprietary containers, no encryption — clean files only.

One A4 UKNSI entry is listed as a radiator variant rather than by memory type. If you are not sure which unit is on your bench, send the dump and we will identify it.

Your Audi model is not on the list?

Send us the dump. If the file can be worked out, our team adds the program and it goes live for everyone. Tell us the model and the memory type and we will come back to you.
